The resulting system can improve the performance of the study program because several processes are carried out automatically and data processing is not only centralized in the study program. ![]() The resulting system can be used to facilitate services to students related to PKL-KTI starting from submitting proposals to submitting PKL-KTI documents. This study aims to produce a PKL-KTI management information system with features that suit the needs of the study program. PKL seminars as well as self-assessment exams as well as examining lecturers are not effective in giving grades. The problems found were that the PKL and KTI administration processes were inefficient, the study program had difficulty tracking the proposed PKL and KTI titles, the supervisors had difficulty monitoring student progress in conducting PKL and KTI, students had problems with the proposal submission process and getting information about the schedule. ![]() ![]() The administrative management of PKL and KTI students is currently still done manually. The Field Work Practice (PKL) and Scientific Writing (KTI) activities at the Information Technology Diploma Program, Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) Universitas Respati Yogyakarta (UNRIYO) are stages of activities to get real experience related to the science they are engaged in.
